TERMS+CONDITIONS
ORDER CONFIRMATION + ESTIMATE
Please submit your order through our online form. Within three days we will send you an email confirmation with your estimate. If you don't receive word from us within three days, please give us a shout at qli@quitelikeit.com—it means we probably did not receive your order.
Your confirmation email will include:

DEPOSIT
We require a 50 percent non-refundable deposit and estimate approval before we start your invitations. We accept checks, money orders and PayPal.
Please send PayPal payments to qli@quitelikeit.com. PayPal is FAST, EASY, and SECURE.
Make checks and money orders payable to Quite Like It Design. If paying by check, we can't start designing until your check has cleared. Any checks that do not clear will incur a $25 return fee.
Because we are a Maryland-based business, we are required to charge sales tax on all items shipped to Maryland State residents.
Proofing
We'll send you a total of two sets of PDF proofs. Any proofs above these three are billed at $25 each.
The first proof will be correcting any mistakes.
The second is the final approval before we print. Please note that the colors of the PDF may vary from the printed piece. If you would like a printed proof, please specify. There is an extra shipping charge to do this.
Checking Proofs
Here is a checklist of what to look for when approving proofs:
Are all the stationery items you've ordered included in the proof?
Are the ink, paper and envelope colors correct?
Are all fonts correct?
Is the text spaced properly?
Is the alignment correct?
Double check all dates, names, professional titles, physical addresses, email & web addresses, and telephone numbers and make certain you've included all relevant information.
Double check that there are not abbreviations and that all dates and addresses are spelled out (i.e. Street versus St.)?
Double check spelling & punctuation.
Are any design elements or motifs missing? Please note that all background patterns and borders are printed so if a pattern or border does not appear on your proof, it will not be printed.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Once you have given final proof approval as signed on the Final Proof Approval, you bear final responsibility for the design and typographical elements of your invitations. Quite Like It Design will not bear the costs of reprinting and shipping orders due to any errors you have approved that match the final proof. No refunds will be issued for custom products.
Quite Like It Design is committed to providing high quality products. Since our invitations are hand-made, there may be slight irregularities. If you are not satisfied with production quality of an invitation, Quite Like It Design will provide a replacement invitation free of charge.
Postage
Quite Like It Design cannot be held responsible for incorrect postage (unless we are doing the mailing, of course). We will try our best to advise you on postage and get the size/weight of your invitation into your ideal stamp price, but postage is ultimately YOUR responsibility.
Please take a complete invitation to the post office to confirm the required stamp price before purchasing your postage.
PRODUCTION
Once the final proof is approved, we will begin printing and assembling your invitations. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Once your final proof is approved and we begin printing, we cannot offer any refunds, returns or exchanges.
Timing greatly depends on your quick response between proofs. We’ll be as speedy and attentive as possible. If you have specific deadlines, just let us know. We’ll do our absolute best to meet them.
FINAL PAYMENT
During the final proof approval you will receive the second and final invoice with your balance due (including applicable sales tax and shipping charges). Your full balance MUST be paid at the final proof. We won't start printing your job until the balance is paid. Once you approve the final proof and the remainder of your balance has been paid, your design is sent for printing.
SHIPPING
Our standard method of shipping is USPS Priority for small packages and UPS ground for large packages.
Delivery times are calculated based on a Baltimore, Maryland or Omaha, Nebraska shipping origin.
When planning your order, be sure to take into account unforeseen delays, holidays, weekends and weather-related delays.
Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation and, if applicable, a UPS tracking number so that you can track your shipment and make arrangements to receive the package.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Shipping costs are based on weight and distance. You may also ship UPS Express at additional expense, this option must be requested at the time of final proof.
